Q1. I bought one of your products recently from a retailer, and it is damaged. How can I get a replacement?

Please contact your retailer. We will replace missing characters provided that they are in stock.

Q2. How long does it take to get my order?

Shipping is normally 5-7 business days plus transit time provided that all required information is complete. Rush shipping may incur additional charges. Please call our customer service department at 843-871-8438 for more information.

Q3. What happens to the items that are backorder?

Backorders are kept on file for 60 days unless cancelled and will ship as soon as the item(s) become(s) available. Payment information from the original order will be used. Q4. What is the meaning of "minimum 3 pcs per style" ?

The minimum total quantity is 3 pieces per style. You can order any size as long as the total quantity is 3 for that particular item.

Q5. I over bought for the season. How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please notify us via fax or email. Please indicate the sales order or purchase number for proper cancellation. Your order may be served without written notification. A 15% restocking fee will be incur if shipment is refused or returned.

Q6. What is your return policy?

We highly recommend that all shipments should be inspected the date of receipt. Defective merchandise must be reported within 10 days of invoice. You must obtain an return authorization number from RBC customer service representative, which should appear on the outside of the carton. Without the RA number, your return will be refused. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for merchandise returned after 10 days from delivery date. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. No sale or discontinued items are accepted for returns. In house credits only. No cash refunds.
